There is no reason to think that "The Bright and Morning Star" on the Library of Congress card is the same as "Bright Morning Stars are Rising." I guess somebody would have go to Washington DC and listen to the recording to find out.

I googled "The Bright and Morning Star" and found only a recent composition by one Terry Shaw.
