I have seen reports that the smart money is moving into "Vintage watches". My take on that is that house prices have peaked. And so they should, money is certainly not in the hands of yer average man as we head into a COVID driven depression.
The last time I noticed something like that it was "vintage cars" - was it 2008 or early 90's
