Northern Tool took so long to send my electric string trimmer that I called a couple of times to ask where it was. I guess they must have ordered it again; I had a FedEx message that they wanted a street address for a delivery (after I'd already picked up the one that arrived at the store) so I gave the store the tracking number and told them they might want to check it out. Either this was the same one I'd picked up (after FedEx took it to the store) or it was a duplicate.

Today they sent an email acknowledging the return. I think they credited me back the purchase price. Duh. If they're going to be that slow and disorganized I guess they're going to give away the merchandise occasionally.
