Well, they did it. They put conservative Amy on the Supreme Court. When the senate didn't take up Obama's nomination 10 months prior to the election in 2016, they broke faith with how the appointment process is supposed to go, stealing that seat from Obama. McConnell will be examined and vilified for decades to come, and the consequence is that Biden would be wise to expand the court. I look forward to that discussion.
