In our family we grew up eating "Blind Fish" for breakfast. Just bread dipped in egg and milk mixture and fried. Served with butter and syrup. When my sister and I had the opportunity to go to a week camp they had French Toast on the menu and we were surprised to see that it was nothing fancy - just our plain old "Blind Fish".
