Just curious, at what point would a court make a distinction between the legitimacy of taking a pot shot to protect premises just because the business owner doesn't like the look of the protestor, and a protestor who is violently trying to gain entry to a premises.

Also, and more importantly, would a court apply the laws equally to a white supremacist protestor intimidating a business run by a black person.
