Perhaps, Sire, you could ask at the medical facility on your next visit if there are any surplus/obsolete machines that could be passed on to the Imperial Oubliette? Some of the torture Stuff doesn't work as well as it used to, I think it (or perhaps it's the people pressing the buttons) are getting a bit past it.
