That's only as maybe. It's known that immune response memory is not the same for every infection. We haven't had the long time period as yet to know how long immunity lasts for coronavirus. An optimist might say for life, a pessimist might say for just a few months. Testing recovered people for antibodies would be a great way of finding out if only the antibody level in the blood stayed high, but it doesn't seem to, but that doesn't necessarily mean that immunity has been lost. The science is on a steep learning curve.
