SWEET REST

There's a beautiful home where no sorrow can come
At the end of my journey some day
There the Savior awaits just inside the gates
And His wonderful face I can see

There is rest awaiting me, for His grace has made me free
The lights of Home across the way I can see
Soon we'll shout the victory and with Him fore'er I'll be
For I know that rest, sweet rest, is 'waiting me

Often weary and tired, and I'm longing for rest
From the trouble I see day by day
And I hear His sweet voice saying "now child, rejoice
I'll be with you each step of the way"
