There were far too many idiots out there to manage mass arrests. Perhaps some were. Some folks were tear gassed and pepper-sprayed. I saw vans & buses coming & going... but the main goal was to get everything secured.
Curfew in place since 6PM.
Congress swears they will reconvene somewhere and finish their business.
