Since the basis for their actions are based on FRAUD (the election was rigged) there is criminal culpability of all its founders. If there was any possiility that the basis for their action was not fraud but a provable fact with evidence there would not be Mens Rea and there would not be criminal action at the foundation of all their words and behavior.
