Even if Donald is removed, that may not be the end of it. I have just seen a video on the Independent's website of Donald Trump junior before the march on the Capitol on Wednesday, saying he was sending:

"a message to all the Republicans who have not been willing to actually fight ... This gathering should send a message to them; this isn't their Republican Party anymore, this is Donald Trump's Republican party."

That sounds to me as if he was encouraging the marchers to "actually fight". And I note that he said it was Donald Trump's party - he didn't say it was Donald J. Trump's party.
