Wild Hamsters are almost impossible to approach for this. They have amazing hearing, and only sleep deep in their burrows where it's safe.

Tame ones are easily tipped, but they don't like it much. However, I've heard there is a new breed called the Black Bear Hamster, they can get so tame they'll roll over to get their tummies rubbed. I wonder where I can get one?
