PRS should be going after exploitative services like spotify, who boast 10s of millions of songs to stream,
while blatantly ripping off songwriters and performers...

But PRS don't seem to have that legal clout. or ambition..
So instead they are attempting to extort and intimidate far easier targets;
struggling grass roots musicians...
