I don't recognise the lyrics at all, but 'Poc Vecem' is a Peire Vidal ( Wikipedia ) song in Occitan. Here are the lyrics I've heard sung:
No gens per autr’ orgolh no*m lais De s’amor, don tan sui coitos, E conosc ben corn ben mi pais E fui galiatz ad estros.
The French sounding yrics from OP:s post are beyond me (where does the band on the album say they got the lyrics from? In some places they look like they'd make more sense if the words were divided up differently) but the inserted German (looks like modern Standard (High) German to me, so did the band recording the song write this themselves?) goes like this:
Now I stand here, poor musician And the crows in the trees, They laugh with scorn at me But still, a new summer Will drive the winter out And I will play, play, play One year more or less What matter does it make?
I don't really understand the Occitan lyrics I posted above, but a French translation suggests the content differs a bit from the German verse. The French translation can be found here if you click on 'Translations - French'.
