Gosh, he's lucky all right. He had the start in life that most kids could only dream of (worry not, I think I might know what you might throw back at me). The best education and housing and healthcare and nannies that (our tax money) could buy. Automatic promotions up the military ladder. Money to burn. Gosh, yes. He's been lucky all right. And now he can swan off to California to live a life of luxury. Lucky is certainly the word.

And I have it from a friend of a friend of a friend who knows him intimately that he's, er, not too bright. All you need is luck...
