Julia, it's said that the place name near Boyle, Co Roscommon, Ireland derives from the Irish Gaelic - a loose transliteration of Diseart Nuadhain = the hermitage of Saint Nuadh. Oh, I see that was mentioned earlier on, with the other spelling Iseart Nuadhain. But there is an Easter Knowe in Scotland
