The fish NOT caught by the Smelt fishermen, fish not caught in waters that were deemed to be too polluted - Tuna; Salmon; Herring; Mackerel; Pilchards; Sardines - list is endless.
Rather like the humour in the line - and if we want to eat fish then we'll open a can
