Doesn't DC also have more people than Wyoming?

I've wondered about that myself, but will never let the change of a pattern and the job security for flag makers producing millions of the new flags be a reason to NOT add a new state. It's way past time. (It would be interesting to see if they could confine the flag production to the US - probably not - China has cornered the market on this kind of thing for decades.)
