Robin Head was (Ithink) written by Keith Christmas from UK at least that's the first person I heard sing it.

While I'm on this subject, "the smoke off" and "I got stoned and I missed it" both by Shel Silverstein, probably more by Shel than I can bring to mind at the mo'.
