Phil Seddon came over to Wigan tonight bearing the sad tidings. I was shocked that such a lovely and seemingly healthy person could go so suddenly. I will remember him for his friendliness, his enthusiasm, his sense of humour, and most of all his music. Several of "his" songs were sung tonight, but they will never sound the same again.
