would simply say that the republican plantiffs could not demonstrate any harm or damages so the court said "no way". ACA stands.

I do not see any charges against the rich and powerful yet but only the unwashed whitepower insurrectionists. Even Wiesenberg hasn't flipped yet. I would prefer prosecutions from the top down. I'll risk martyrdom
