I have another thought, Nigel. It involves preventing these unimaginably wealthy people from accumulating all that wealth in the first place by having a fairer taxation system (cue ripostes about "disincentivising them..."). That way, we won't have to persuade them to make pointless up-and-down trips in silly non-spacecraft that not only damage the environment but which will disincentivise the rest of us to care about it.
