It's 8 years since our incomparable Australian National Treasure John Dengate died & the second year that his Memorial Get Together has been on Zoom instead of in the local pub, but that means distant friends can join us.

We already have one international friend on the performer's list - Doug Jenner - and 12 interstate & intrastate performers, as well as a good local contingent.

Time - 2pm Eastern Australian time Sunday 1st August, I won't try to work out international times, you can use the world clock for that.

As with previous years, the event was MCd by Max Elbourne and featured special performances from Dale, Sean, Lachlan and Cal Dengate. A grand collection of friends and fans also sang songs, read poems and shared stories in tribute to John. A few guests submitted their contributions via video.
