The version I heard in High School, in the late 1950s... the villain's voice in a greasily menacing tone, the female in a falsetto squeak:

"To the woods!"
"No, no, not to the woods!"
"To the woods!"
"No, no, not to the woods!"
"To the woods!"
"No, not to the woods! I'll scream!"
"How loud can you scream?"
"eek."
"TO THE WOODS!"

I also heard the above version of "The Whip," and remember part of a routine finishing with:
"Lady, I would f*** a duck if I had to!"
"Ooooh, you fowl f***er!"
