If you read the first update, you know that I bought a new D15 Martin which I like, but felt it needed some tweaking. I took it to a highly recomended repair man and had it boned. Installed hand made bone nut and overlay, re-set neck to raise the action just a smidge, file down and smooth some high frets, new strings.

My little brown guitar now barks and booms like a D18. It really made a great improvement and I couldn't be more pleased. The things he did let the real Martin sound come out.

Sad you can't get that from the factory any more.
