Yes, you are right. The most frustrating part is that, logically, you'd think the title of the song would be very apparent and something that's stressed in the lyrics, such as "Take Me Home", "On My Way", "The Tale Of..." -

Heck, with the number of times the word "Tavern" is repeated in the song, I'd be pretty surprised if that word is not referenced in the title - but nothing ever comes up. Discogs hasn't been of much help, either. However, we are persistently searching for the song on it.

Finding this one is going to be quite a difficult task.
