I can state with absolute authority that there are 647 cones in the US State Department at this very moment, subverting America relentlessly from within. They are actually not quite as pointy-headed as the average conservative, and that makes them hard to spot. Even Spot the Dog could probably not single them out. It's no use fighting guys, the cones have got you licked. You'll all be living by the new Conestitution shortly, and consuming vast amounts of Canadian beer while listening to New Age music and dancing wildly in the parks and public areas. Cool, eh?
