Australia has a small but vocal collection of nutters & anti vaxxers. A member of the ruling (rightwing) party in our federal parliament is one of the noisiest & has just left his party to join one even further to the right. This party is owned by a billionaire who spent $60 million on misinformation & outright lies last federal election & did not gain a seat, leading to the IKEA shop in his neighbourhood putting up a ginormous poster above their building saying he could have bought a seat from them for $39!
