Interesting to see the old threads and Keith A (Rest his soul) saying that Maggie Holland's "A place called England" was very unkind to the dear old place

I don't find it so at all. I think the message is that England is a good place in spite of the rich landowners and all the abuse given to the land. Just my 2p.
