I turned 67 a few days ago, having been born in the first week of September — on Labour Day weekend, in fact (nyuck, nyuck). Someone above, a long inactive person called MAG, pointed out that a surprisingly large contingent of Catters have birthdays at this time of year … a neat nine months after the year-end holidays.

So our parents really, really enjoyed themselves, I guess …
