The Shepherdstown folks understand me well enough. My apartment ad read "Lovely apartment in center of town, good defensive position with excellent fields of fire". During the ridiculous run-up to Y2K, others in the town were setting up committees to feed the poor and maintain services. I just called "Dibs" on the good looking women...
