In Massachusetts, USA, I have been watching owner Robert Kraft,
of New England Patriots pigskin-football fame,
nurture his investment in
the New England Revolution FC, presently based in Gillette Stadium.

I knew Mr. Kraft played a long game, but this journalism article
gives me a better idea of HOW long a game --
1989, some 32 years ago.
Between Kraft and coach Bruce Arena, this football club
is trying for a breakthrough,
but I'm in no position to tell
how many years it might take.
