THE OLD WOMAN TAUGHT WISDOM
'The Loyalists and Rebels both had different music concerning their side of the story. One song of the patriots is a song called “The Old Woman Taught Wisdom”. It was a song written in 1767 and supposedly sung after the Battle of Yorktown, this is unknown though, no one knows for sure if it was or not.'
