Well, winter is icumen in, or to be more accurate (given that the literal meaning of icumen means it is actually here) is about to icum in, it's time to wash, iron, air and put away the summer clothes and get out the thick winter skirts and trousers, the socks and tights and long-johns, the big jumpers and warm jackets.
