In a religious form of billionaire impunity, special dispensation used to be a way of buying a get out of hell card. Perhaps it is still done but is probably done under the table. This was a early form of death insurance which today has evolved into what we call life insurance.
With both life insurance and death insurance there are no guarantees there will be a 'pay out'. You also have no idea if other entities have   placed bets on your longevity. You might be worth more to past employers than family.
