At the end of W's Presidency the deregulated Wall Street caused many people to lose their home of many years or go underwater if they still owed money. This event is stuck in the minds of Americans in the form of mistrust and a hatred of government. Now lately the new medicine turned out to be highly addictive unto death. That caused a little more distrust and feeling less than happy.

Enter Donald Trump who can't tell the truth for sixty seconds but exploits distrust and hate. It was easy to believe his claims that they were lied to and dark skinned people are the cause.
