Kelly - did your relatives live in Pitlochry (where the recordings were made by Peter Kennedy)? Or did they visit periodicaly?
- how did Peter Kennedy know about them?
- did Hamish Henderson /School of Scottish Studies know of them?
I am wondering if there is a local history group, or perhaps small museum there that would have info?
Or - local paper archives?
Or - box and fiddle /strathspey and reel groups that might have newsletter archives, or older members who remember the Lindsays?
Another thought - have you put together your own family's memories, stories, photographs? Might be info lurking in someone's forgotten memories....
