Hi fellow pickers.I have had this condition for a couple of years.After for operations I came the conclusion that this won't go away,therefore I had to compromise!playing standing up is no longer possible for a number of reasons.I have to sit on a higher stool than the other people I play with.I have gone over to using shorter scale parlour guitars which makes a difference.I am ok on standard electric guitars playing lead,as my Tele has a narrow neck and I don't feel the need to use bar chords!
I have to sell my beloved Guild which I have owned for 40years,but I do find short scale parlour guitars a blessing!
