Santa.com has noted a marked drop off in emails to Santa as well as handwritten letters. Dear Amazon.com emails and even dear jeff bezos letters are on the rise. Santa.com's spokesperson told us that at least their site sends return messages of good will. Amazon.com did not respond to our requests.
