Sorry I’d completely lost this thread and only just found it again! I’ve decided to wait and give my gran and my dad a cd each on Xmas day as I’m hoping it’ll just make the day even more special and then my gran can have a little listen on the day and will remember Xmas day for all the right reasons, I’ve listened to it several times over now lol and can’t hear how shy my granda was as a young man. He clearly loved playing the box but definitely didn’t enjoy speaking on the recordings lol
