For awhile I have reminded folks that the Putin path to success is to control those who count the votes and not the voters. Sledgehammers are being replaced by jack hammers that are cutting the base of pillars that hold up Democracy and the meaning of elections. Meanwhile the Democrats are studying marketing 101 while the Republicans are getting their PHD.
