In verse 1, line 3, I hear:
When he heard their guns, he lost his nerve.

I think verse 3 line 1 should be:
The Kaiser said to Uncle Sam: "You just bring on your boys.

Verse 4 line 2 sounds like:
And when they got in action, the Boche sure loved to prance.
(This has the advantage of rhyming with "France" in line 1.)
