Despite all the idiotic venom (sheesh, why can't it stay in the "Bushwhacked" threads? Oh yeah... lowest common denominator), I think this is an element that could be successfully worked into the already overgenerous presidential retirement package...

Think about it... If Clinton had recieved a big enough tip from his first term, he might have been able to buy a humidor instead of accepting substitutes... Reagan might have been able to finance the Contras on his own and avoided forcing Bushie Sr. to pardon all the crowd...

The possibilities are boggling... Imagine the bad tips... "I'm sorry Mr. Nixon. We're repossessing your car, house and secret service. You now get a bachelor apartment in Pacoima, a Chevy Nova, and a possibly narcoleptic basset hound..."
