The picture in The Scotsman appears to show a flag (bottom right corner at least) where there is no difference in the width of the white stripes.
I don't agree. The bottom corner clearly shows white stripes of different thickness. Here is a better picture from the Daily Mail, 7 Feb 2022 in which there is no mistake that the flag is upside down.
