Scroll along sideways to item 20 and you get the Cecil Sharp printed version from the FSS Journal as collected by Cecil Sharp from William Chomley of Bridgwater Somerset in 1907 which is where Norma got her version from. Well into public domain I'd say at 114 years since printing and must be a lot older by inference.
