I agree with Guest's suggestion for changing the spelling. "Gos" and "raine" are either typos or non-standard spellings to try to reflect a particular pronunciation. Gus and ràinig are the correct spellings.

In the last verse, "Thì" should be Thu. I'm surprised the formal "Sibh" isn't used when addressing the creator, but I found other examples:
