They are indeed Steve. I always have driven to the speed limit where it's safe and possible to do so. I'm not a 'dawdler'. But there's always some twit who apparently wants me to break the speed limit. I'm not driving a helicopter. This occasionally happens at roundabouts, where the idiot behind me wants me to zoom out and get on the roundabout, even if there is traffic on it, which of course has right of way.
