A sidetrack, no doubt, but about 30 years ago we were on holiday in South Wales when we met a family of northerners. Mrs Steve (a southerner - say no more) was horrified to hear the chap talking about his "lickle bockle" of beer. I've been taunting her with that ever since. I get a good bollocking every time.
