It will be interesting to see what answers you get. I do HTML in notepad and other text editors, sometimes with the help of a word processor or spreadsheet.
I think that means I'm more primitive than you are, but I can make a pretty nice Web page now and then. I've had to do HTML at Mudcat that for 25 years, so I got pretty good.
